Shipping

Orders ship within the United States. Stocked accessories (card protection, storage, and Beyblade gear) leave the warehouse in 2 to 4 business days. Professor's Originals (playmats, posters, apparel, and other original-art items) are printed on demand just for you, which adds 3 to 5 business days of production time before shipping.

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more; below that it is a flat $5.99. Items may arrive in separate packages when they ship from different fulfillment partners; you are only charged shipping once.

Returns

Stocked accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unopened and in original packaging. Once we receive the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method.

Professor's Originals are made to order, so we cannot resell a return. Instead, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to start a return

Email orders@professorpokesir.com with your order number (it starts with PPS-) and a note about what went wrong. We respond within one business day.
